1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pulse WiFi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Pulse is a trading name of We Are One 1 Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Service Description

Pulse provides:

  • Free WiFi: Outdoor WiFi access in designated areas of Southsea
  • Pulse Home: Residential fixed wireless broadband
  • Pulse Business: Commercial fixed wireless connectivity
  • Pulse for Venues: Guest WiFi and analytics for hospitality venues

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Pulse services to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
  • Use excessive bandwidth that affects network performance for others
  • Access, distribute, or store illegal content

4. Fair Usage

Our free WiFi service operates under a fair usage policy. We may apply speed restrictions or temporarily limit access if usage significantly exceeds normal patterns. Premium services (Home and Business) have specified data and speed allowances as described in your service agreement.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by maintenance, weather, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

6. Account Security

If you create a Pulse account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Paid Services

For paid services (Pulse Home, Business):

  • Prices are as stated at time of purchase
  • Billing is monthly in advance
  • Services renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancellation requires 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with consumer rights legislation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Are One 1 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pulse services if you breach these terms. For paid services, we will provide notice except in cases of serious violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For paid services, we will provide 30 days notice of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
