As a provider of public electronic communications services, we comply with Ofcom's General Conditions of Entitlement, including:

Consumer Rights

In accordance with Ofcom regulations, you have the right to:

  • Exit a contract without penalty if we make material changes
  • Switch providers easily (where applicable)

Complaints & Disputes

We have a dedicated complaints procedure to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.

Emergency Services

Important: Our WiFi services are not a replacement for traditional telephone services and may not support emergency calls (999/112). We recommend maintaining alternative means of contacting emergency services.

Data Retention

In compliance with the Investigatory Powers Act 2016, we retain certain connection data as required by law. This data is stored securely and only disclosed in response to valid legal requests from authorised bodies.
